The system is designed to only mark an item as "SOLD" if someone from the site purchases your item by "Make an Offer" button located below your item description field.
This allows you to receive and leave feedback according to an actual transaction through the internal tracking mechanism.
There is a robust offer system on this site. For one, if someone makes an offer on your item, you can either accept, decline, or counter. The buyer can then re-counter allowing the parties to barter through the site. Once both parties have agreed and the the seller accepts the offer, the listing will be moved under the "Completed" section of your Classified tab within My Account section. It will then be marked as "SOLD."
If you have an item you want to be marked as "SOLD" and you do not care if you receive feedback or leave feedback, please send an email to email@example.com with the number of your classified listing which can be seen at the top part of your classified posting. If we get enough of such request, we will look to adding the "SOLD" function with no feedback feature.
Feedback on the site is very important and will over time having high feedback rating allows the buyer and seller to gain trust based on your reputation. If the buyer does not have an account with MyAudioListing.com, they can simply open one up in a minute and purchase your item by "Make an Offer" button to complete the transaction. Gaining instant feedback score and benefit both parties.
